Digital workflow: complete anatomical design in Exocad and zirconia bar-shell separation in B4D
In this workshop, we present the digital workflow for creating a fully anatomical dental bridge in Exocad, followed by importing the design into Blender for Dental for precise separation into two components: a bar (substructure/framework) and a shell (aesthetic surface). This technique combines the advantages of monolithic design with control over thicknesses, cementation space and mechanical strength, resulting in a strong and aesthetically pleasing restoration. Participants will learn the essential steps, from the initial design right through to the export of files ready for milling.
